REFUND POLICY

Kaali Peeli Returns and Exchange Policy

We offer you the option to return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery. We provide a free pickup from your address for any returns.

You are welcome to try on the product, but please ensure it remains in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Seal Tag  must remain attached and intact to avoid any issues during the return or exchange process.

In the event that the returned product is used, damaged, or the original tags are missing, Kaali Peeli reserves the right to decline any return request. In such cases, the user will not be eligible for a refund, and Kaali Peeli assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, kindly mail us at the address below.

Exceptions and Special Conditions

Due to the intimate nature of certain items, we handle returns for Innerwear, Sleepwear, and Lingerie differently. The following rules and exceptions apply:

  • Innerwear, Sleepwear, and Lingerie: These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the packaging has been opened or the Seal Tag has been removed.
  • Products that show signs of use, are missing tags, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Upon a successful return, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can email us your preferred mode of refund at care@kaalipeeli.store.

Once Kaali Peeli initiates the refund as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer’s account according to the following timelines:

  • NEFT - 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation
  • Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
  • PhonePe wallet –Instant
